Morden is a city located in the Pembina Valley region of southern Manitoba and it is about 11km west of the neighboring city of Winkler and 1.5 hours from Winnipeg. The communities of Morden and Winkler (total population of 22,000+ are often referred to as Manitoba's Twin Cities, due to their extremely close proximity, shared services, and economic ties. There is an entrance fee to enter Lake Minnewasta Campground where Colert Beach is located. You can inquire at 204-822-4991 for the entrance fee.

Weather Conditions.
Our operations are weather dependent and the safety of our patrons is OUR NUMBER ONE Priority; therefore, management reserves the right to close the park – sometimes unexpectedly – If a storm moves in or is approaching. Under these circumstances, ALL patrons will be asked to EXIT the park and remain on shore until the weather system has passed. In the event of lightening or heavy windstorms, the ENTIRE water park will be SHUT DOWN and require patrons to remain out of the water until it is safe to return.
